Expense Proof

Google Play purchases

Credits, purchases & refunds

Google Play processes your payment. Expense Proof receives verified purchase and refund information needed to add or remove credits, but never receives your complete card or bank details.

One credit equals one successfully processed receipt. A credit is deducted only after processing succeeds, and purchased credits do not expire.

Purchase problems

  • Charged but credits are missing: wait a few moments and reopen Settings. If the balance does not update, contact us with your Expense Proof account email and Google order number beginning with GPA.
  • Duplicate purchase: do not use credits from the duplicate order. Contact support so the duplicate can be reviewed.
  • Price or payment-method question: Google Play displays the final local price and manages payment methods, receipts, and payment confirmation.

Requesting a refund

  1. If the purchase was made within the last 48 hours, use Google Play's refund process. Approval is determined by Google.
  2. After 48 hours, contact Expense Proof support with your account email, GPA. order number, package, purchase date, and reason.
  3. Do not send card numbers, Google passwords, or authentication codes.

What happens when a purchase is refunded?

When Google or Expense Proof approves a full refund, the complete credit package is removed from the Expense Proof account that received it. This also applies to chargebacks and revoked purchases.

If some refunded credits were already used, your balance may become negative. You can continue to view existing receipts and account information, but you must restore a positive credit balance before processing another receipt.

Launch refund policy

  • Expense Proof initially supports full-order refunds only.
  • A voluntary refund is normally considered only when no credits have been used after the purchase.
  • Duplicate, unauthorized, legally required, or unresolved technical-failure refunds may still be processed after credits were used; the full package will be removed.
  • Disagreement with one receipt's extracted information does not normally qualify for a package refund; contact support so the receipt issue can be investigated.
  • Google Play policies and applicable consumer law always apply.
